What’s Included in Your Maintenance Visit?

Our standard maintenance service may include:

• Inspecting system components
• Cleaning accessible components
• Checking thermostat operation
• Inspecting electrical connections
• Checking refrigerant levels (if applicable)
• Testing system performance and safety controls
• Inspecting filters
• Lubricating moving parts when applicable
• Checking condensate drains
• Inspecting burners and heat exchangers when applicable

A standard air filter is included during each maintenance service if applicable. For oil services a pump screen and nozzle are included if applicable.

Media filters, specialty filters, and additional repairs or services are not included and may incur additional charges.

Important Plan Information

• All maintenance plan payments are due monthly.
• Maintenance plans cannot be canceled mid-year and must be canceled at the renewal date.
• Plans automatically renew on the original sign-up date.
• Maintenance plans do not cover complete system replacement unless specifically stated within the plan coverage.
• Additional repairs or services outside of standard maintenance may incur additional charges.
