Andy founded the company back in 1978 with a commitment to honest work, quality service, and treating customers like family — values that still guide the business today. After decades of building the company from the ground up, he now proudly runs it alongside his son, Dan, continuing the family tradition into the next generation.

While Andy has taken a step back from the day-to-day operations, he remains the heart of the company. You can still find him around the shop, helping out around the office, and always willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time on the golf course and taking care of his garden. His dedication, hard work, and passion for the business continue to shape the company culture today.

Dan works alongside his dad, Andy, to help lead the company and continue the family business built back in 1978. As Director of Operations, Dan handles the day-to-day operations and wears many hats — mainly being out in the field working directly with customers.

As the face of the company, Dan is known for his strong work ethic, hands-on approach, and commitment to making sure every customer receives dependable, high-quality service. Whether he’s overseeing operations behind the scenes or out on a job site, he’s always focused on keeping things running smoothly.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time in New Hampshire with friends and family and making the most of time away from the office whenever he can.

As our Office Manager, Jordan plays an important role in keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly. From scheduling appointments and assisting customers to supporting our team behind the scenes, she helps ensure everything stays organized and efficient.

When you call our office, you won’t be connected to an answering service or call center — you’ll speak directly with Jordan. She’s here to answer your questions, help coordinate service appointments, and make sure every customer receives the attention and support they deserve.

Providing friendly, personalized service is something we take pride in, and Jordan is a big part of creating that experience for our customers every day.

Outside of the office, Jordan enjoys baking sweet treats and spending time with her nieces making lasting memories with family and friends.

Kody has been a valued member of the Lavoie Heating Services team for over five years. As one of our skilled HVAC technicians, he brings experience, reliability, and a strong work ethic to every job, helping ensure our customers stay comfortable year-round.

Known for his friendly personality and dedication to quality service, Kody takes pride in delivering dependable heating and cooling solutions to our customers throughout the community.

Outside of work, Kody enjoys spending his free time line dancing and listening to country music.

Rich is an important part of the team at Lavoie Heating Service, serving as our commercial driver and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. His dedication and reliability play a big role in supporting our team and ensuring our customers continue to receive dependable service throughout the community.

When he’s not on the road, Rich enjoys spending time fishing and making memories with his family.

Mackenzie leads the marketing efforts at Lavoie Heating Service, helping keep our customers informed and connected through social media, community outreach, and company updates. From sharing project highlights to promoting local events, she plays an important role in representing our company and keeping our online presence active and engaging.

Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with friends, family, her Frenchie, and loves a good shopping trip.

Patti plays an important role behind the scenes at Lavoie Heating Service as our financial administrator, keeping our books in check and helping keep our daily operations organized and running smoothly. Her attention to detail and dedication are a huge part of what supports both our team and our customers every day.

Outside of work, Patti enjoys trying new foods, going on motorcycle rides, and attending concerts whenever she gets the chance. We’re grateful to have her as part of our team.
